When is my card charged?
We put a hold on your card when you order, like a hotel does. You're only charged when a cake maker accepts your order. For a custom cake, it's when you approve a cake maker's price. If no cake maker accepts, the hold drops off and you pay nothing.
Can I customize my cake?
Yes. Tell us your idea on the order form.
Where do you deliver?
We're starting in the Dallas area. The order form checks your ZIP code and tells you right away if we can make it.
What happens if there's a problem with my cake?
